Scrum Master

I'm looking for an experienced Scrum Master to help drive Agile delivery across two high-performing development teams. Working on a modern, cloud-native platform used by financial institutions globally, you’ll help scale Agile practices, streamline delivery, and foster a culture of collaboration and innovation.

Responsibilities:

• Lead Agile ceremonies, drive team collaboration, and embed Agile best practices.

• Coach and support two teams delivering microservices-based solutions.

• Remove delivery impediments, manage risks, and foster continuous improvement using Agile metrics.

• Work closely with Product, Engineering, and DevOps to ensure business alignment.

Requirements:

• 4+ years’ experience as a Scrum Master in Agile environments.

• Certified Scrum Master (CSM, PSM I, or equivalent).

• Experience working with Java Spring Boot teams and cloud-native platforms.

• Strong knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, and Agile delivery methodologies.

• Excellent facilitation, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.

• Familiarity with CI/CD, DevOps practices, and Agile metrics.
